    The Carrianna Mooncake was originated in Wanchai, Hong Kong in 1981. It is now a time-honored mooncake brand with a long history in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. It enjoys the title of “Famous Hong Kong Cantonese Mooncake”. The mooncakes are mainly classified into Hong Kong Cantonese-style and Teochow. We have established a modern food production base as large as nearly 100,000 square meters in total in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Hainan and Kunming. We strive to build a first-class digital workshop and intelligent manufacturing factory. We manage to achieve the production process characterized with a-whole-process monitoring, all-round transparent and aseptic processing, modern production equipment, workmanship and scientific management system.     Mooncakes are skillfully made by famous pastry cooks in Hong Kong. Our mooncakes are low in oil and sugar. In addition to their outstanding taste, we also highlight the food safety. We are very strict in ingredients and pastry selection, filling making and baking processes. We also develop our own new styles by weeding through the traditional baking process every year. Our Bafu Linglong Mooncake, Chaoyue Mini Mooncake with Double Flavors, White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake, Wuzi Dengke Mooncake and Premium Assorted Mooncake have been highly praised by customers and friends. The Teochow Crusty Taro Paste Mooncake carries on the traditional Teochow method and is made by 22 procedures of craftsmanship by hand. Such mooncake is crispy layer by layer on the outside and tender on the inside where the taro filling is smooth, fragrant and rich in flavor.
